Zombies, Run! is the greatest app ever, I ran 50 mins (walked a bit but still!) just to know how the mission was going to end. It was only my second time using it and both times I ran > 40 mins. Honestly, go buy it!
At 9pm, I will get my fat (average) ass off this chair and I will workout.
